Every visitor, made welcome. Anywhere. Any time.

07Frequently asked questions

Answers before you even ask.

What is Well-come?

Well-come is an interactive reception kiosk for businesses. On a touchscreen, visitors announce their arrival and select the person they have come to see, who is notified immediately. The solution is designed and operated by Natives Sàrl in Geneva, Switzerland.

How is the person being visited notified?

By phone call, SMS, email or Slack, depending on the channel set for each contact. The visitor and their contact can also talk directly through the kiosk: audio communication is included as standard.

Do we need any IT or telephone infrastructure?

No. Well-come is independent of your IT and telephone infrastructure: an internet connection is all it needs. Software updates are automatic.

How much does Well-come cost?

The turnkey solution costs from CHF 249 per month, kiosk included, billed annually (additional fees apply for monthly billing). The tailor-made solution is quoted on request. A free 30-day trial is available.

Can several companies share the same kiosk?

Yes. A single kiosk can welcome visitors for several companies, each with its own reception process.

Can the kiosk be adapted to our company?

Yes: the interface colours, images and text, the steps of the reception process and the languages offered (for example English, French and German) can all be customised. A self-service admin module lets you manage the company, its contacts and their notifications.

When should you use Well-come?

To support an existing reception (absences, extended opening hours) or to welcome visitors where there is no reception desk: coworking spaces, SMEs, buildings shared by several companies.
